I have ordered tips and rands from here before. The quality is always exceptional, and the pieces always include mounting hardware to match. I want to comment on the exceptional customer service as well. Shipping is always prompt. Recently I had an order come up missing in transit (lost in the Christmas rush I presume.) Mr. Tips graciously replaced the item at no charge to me. Now that's the definition of great customer service!
