2. Hold the head of the nail in a pair of pliers. The nail should stick out the end of the pliers.

3. Set the boot on a table (flat surface) and push the nail through the hole and into the sole of the boot (just get it started).

4. Then reposition the pliers so that you can squeeze the nail into the sole (one end of the pliers against the head of the screw and the other end against the sole of the boot) ***BE CAREFUL NOT TO SCRATCH THE SIDE OF THE BOOT***

5. When you have completed this step you may want to turn the boot over and gently tap the toe of the boot on a carpeted floor to thoroughly shape the tip to the toe of the boot.

6. For the heel...position the heel tip and lay the boot on it's side.

7. Hold the nail with pliers and push it into the heel to get it started.

8. Once it is started into the heel you may gently tap the nail into the heel with a small hammer.

If you do not want to attempt this you may want to find a shoe repair shop to put them on but it's actually easier than it sounds.
